1. About Us

Kasey & Co. creates handcrafted jewelry inspired by nature, featuring real preserved flowers, natural gemstones, stainless steel, freshwater pearls, and other carefully selected materials. Because every piece is handmade, slight variations make each creation unique.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price charged will be the one displayed at checkout.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

4. Payment

We accept secure payments through trusted payment providers, including major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and any additional payment methods displayed during checkout.

5. Processing Time

Each piece is handcrafted.

Unless otherwise noted, orders are processed within 3–8 business days before shipment.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time.

6. Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed.

Kasey & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.

7. Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, all sales are considered final.

If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or exchange the item at our discretion.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, normal wear, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

9. Handmade & Natural Materials

Many of our designs feature real preserved flowers, natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, shells, coral, and other organic materials.

Natural variations in color, texture, inclusions, shape, or size are expected and celebrate the individuality of each piece.

These characteristics are not defects.

10. Jewelry Care

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry:

* Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
* Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
* Store pieces in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
* Handle preserved flowers with care to prevent unnecessary damage.

Following these recommendations will help extend the life of your jewelry.

11. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, website content, and designs are the exclusive property of Kasey & Co.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kasey & Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for processing orders, providing customer service, improving our website, and communicating with you regarding your purchases.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Puerto Rico and, where appropriate, the United States.
